Fizz Ed is for adults only!  This fun and unique tasting seminar will provide you with all you need to know to make an informed decision when buying champagne or sparkling wines.  Conducted by Cynthia Coleman (formerly of the Beringer Blass Winemaking Research & Sensory Department), you'll be graciously welcomed into the humble (very small and casual) Coleman home to learn about Cynthia's favorite beverage and passion: Champagne.

You're sensory experience includes the following:

• 20-30 minute sensory seminar:  learn your basic tastes in water and then in wine so that you can better understand your palate
• Taste 3 different champagnes, 3 different sparklings and a host of other fizzy products (Prosecco, Cava, etc) and learn how and why they are different.  
• Sample typical and not so typical champagne/sparkling food and wine pairings
• You'll leave with a copy of the wine aroma wheel and a whole new understanding of sparkling wines!
