Fizz Ed is for adults only!  This fun and unique tasting seminar will provide you with all you need to know to make an informed decision when buying champagne or sparkling wines.  Conducted by Cynthia Coleman (formerly of the Beringer Blass Winemaking Research & Sensory Department), you'll be graciously welcomed into the humble (very small and casual) Coleman home to learn about Cynthia's favorite beverage and passion: Champagne.

Come celebrate Bastille Day (one day late!) on Saturday July 15th from 3-6PM  at the Coleman's home in Rincon Valley.

You're sensory experience includes the following:

• 20-30 minute sensory seminar:  learn your basic tastes in water and then in wine so that you can better understand your palate
• Taste 3 different champagnes, 3 different sparklings and a host of other fizzy products (Prosecco, Cava, etc) and learn how and why they are different.
• Sample typical and not so typical champagne/sparkling food and wine pairings
• You'll leave with a copy of the wine aroma wheel and a whole new understanding of sparkling wines!

Make it a date night for you and your sweetie!  Take advantage of this by letting your little ones have a great time with the wonderful hospitality of the Tonelli family!  Mike and Chris will welcome your children for a movie night at their home in Rincon Valley.  Children can come in their pjs (or not), have pizza, drinks, games and fun...all before settling down to watch an age appropriate (rated G) movie.

Date:  Friday June 16th 5pm - 10pm.  All that for the low, low price of $50 per child!  Don't miss out - this will sell out fast!

Your purchase of one ticket includes two tickets (serving as R/T).   Total price for your roundtrip is $23.5.  Total of 10 spots available!

Six children are invited to rediscover their "youth" during an afternoon in our preschool classroom.  Free play with our toys, playdough and an art project are all a part of the fun!
